Jobs for people what know MS Office

choose_again asked me to repost this for Boston-area people who are on my flist but not hers...

I was just contacted by New Horizons in Waltham to be an applications instructor. I told them I already had a job but that I had some friends who might be qualified and he asked me to put them in contact with him. The salary is at least 30K I'm guessing, and you have to learn and teach day long classes on the Office Suite apps. I will warn you that when I first gave them my resume, they didn't call me at all- and then one night a 930 called to ask me to cover a class at 7am the next morning with a interview after the class ended, which did not happen- then they didn't pay me for that class for a month, nor did they call me to do the interview. that was a few months ago- then this week i've received two calls from them apologizing for dropping the ball and asking to talk about consulting or salaried employment. so they are disorganized at best... but it's an easy job if you know Office and like teaching adults. if you're interested, drop an email to: corosz /at/ nhboston.com

Correct me if I'm wrong, but just to make sure people don't get the wrong impression, the "I" in this post refers to choose_again, not to usernamenumber. Probably irrelevant, but just in case.
