Looking for recs: free TCP/IP basics training/resources online?

Hey Internet People, long-shot I know, but does anyone happen to know a good, free course or resource on basic TCP/IP networking? Not even deep protocol stuff (though that would be great too), just what an IP/subnet are, how DNS works, etc. I could write one myself, but... seriously, something like this has got to be out there somewhere already, and yet my usual sources (edX, Coursera, even Khan Academy, all seem to assume people already know the basics). Anyone out there have a favorite place to send new employees who need to get up to speed on the basics?

Huh. My knowledge is mostly accreted. Wikipedia, Security Now (pick and choose and use the skip ahead button with abandon), bits and snippets here and there. I did find this on udemy: https://www.udemy.com/learn-computer-networking/ which definitely focuses on the lower levels of the OSI seven layer model... Udemy has a few others, and it looks like you can find similar things from Cisco, and places that prep for certification tests.

We have a coworker who has run a talk on TCP/IP which has been well-received. It may be recorded or he may have plans to rerun it, or at least be able to point you at the right book. (There's a Right Book. I forget which one.)

I'd certainly appreciate the references when you find some good ones. You'd think I'd know enough, having written code using both TCP and UDP sockets, but it never hurts to have a good background to know for sure.
