BOS ppl with tools: halp?

Does anyone out there have:
- A reasonably powerful electric drill
- A saber saw
- Ideally some time to help me not kill myself while using the above?

Basically, contradictacat linked me to this, which reminded me how much I dig the Hang Drum, which is nearly impossible to acquire, which reminded me that I'd previously entertained the notion of making one of these.

No clue when I'd have enough free time to spend on this, but if/when that happens, does anyone out there have the equipment I'd need? If not, maybe I should talk to Artisan's Asylum? Hmm...

Wumpus has both tools and extensive tool-use experience, and this looks like a frakking easy project for him. I'm sure he'd be happy to help sometime.

(P.S. You might be able to do that with a Dremel -- but I don't know how thick those tanks are, and you'd be much better off using the right tool for the job.)

Yeah, definitely going to keep the improvisation to a minimum, given my lack of expertise, but they do sound gaaawgeous, don't they?
