preraphaelite (and, most of the time, I) live have sold it, and the new owner plans to renovate and double the rent. So... she's looking to move. We've actually already got several very promising options for places to go, so in that sense we've been supremely lucky, but I am also thinking that since the winter (so far) has not been as moving-prohibitive as I'd assumed, I'm going to take the opportunity to move into the new place too, provided I can fill my room at BCOS first.
So... if you are or know someone who would be interested in joining the mighty Hive Mind, let me know, or pass the craigslist ad along!
