Sigh. Twelve years later, and I still don't think I've ever watched it without crying. Great end to a great show, but poignant is not the same as pick-me-up.

Great pick me up: Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Tis an anime. Maybe not your cup of tea, but always makes me glow when I watch it.

Fun fact! Tsubasa actually *includes* Sakura, being CLAMP and all. It's inter-dimensional travel and CLAMP crossover. Look up Mokona and tell me you can still feel down when you see it.

(If you can, then I understand, I've been there too...and thats OK but also its really really cute)

I know Mokona from Magic Knights Rayearth. I thought X was the only CLAMP series I'd not seen any of. I must check this out. :)
