TOMORROW, Monday October 11, 2010 (the holiday!), Sassafrass and Heather Dale will be performing a joint house concert! Sassafrass will go on at 4pm and sing for 30-45 minutes, then pass the torch to Heather and her co-artist Ben Deschamps who will perform for at least an hour.
Heather Dale is a SUPER big-time Celtic/filk singer. This is a pretty amazing opportunity for us.
The concert will be at the house some of you know as BCOS, 393 Belmont St, Belmont, MA. The house is directly on the 73 bus line out of Harvard Square (between the Payson Rd and Oakley Rd stops.) There is no-fee street parking. There will be a suggested donation of $10 to cover concert expenses.
If you missed the last Sassafrass concert, this is a great time to catch us again (albeit a smaller group.) We're all sorry for the last-minute notice, but we have had only a slightly longer amount of time to practice and set up details, so we're frazzled about it, too!
