I hate insomnia. Hate hate hate hate hate. =:(

I had a slice of pizza at 8:30, and a few crackers and some dried fruit around 10. Yeah, that's a lot of carbs, and the fruit was probably loaded with extra sugar, but can that really be all it takes to keep me up like this? Maybe it's just coincidence. Doesn't really matter. Bottom line is that this is going to wreck my concentration for tomorrow when I really can't afford that. Argh.

Sleep hygiene is what they call a series of habits that can help prevent insomnia. They include setting up a space where it's easier to sleep, and regulating when you sleep and how long you sleep. You should consider working on it. I'm sure there are tons of resources online that can help.

It's still a rare-ish thing, especially when I watch what I eat, but that doesn't mean we can't talk. =:)
