Clone Wars Season 2 Trailer. I enjoyed Season 1 (well, most of it) way more than I expected to. For me it's the perfect popcorn show to unwind to: fun, relatively brainless without being stupid, and when it was at its best felt so much more like Star Wars than anything I'd seen since the originals.

Looking forward to seeing where they go with it.


(and no, I haven't seen the movie-- from everything I've heard, this enhances one's ability to enjoy the series)

Think of skipping the movie (and most of the Jar Jar and/or 3PO-centric episodes) as the equivalent of a Phantom Edit for the series.

There were three versions of clone wars. Was this the version with very short (~5 minute, maybe?) episodes?

No, these are full 30-minute CG episodes. The only other version of a clone-wars TV series I've seen is the Genndy Tartakovsky one, which really didn't do much for me.

Okay, there are 4 versions, including the movie. I think I've seen the other three, but not this one.
