Bostonish people: what's a good art museum around here, particularly for sculptures and portrait paintings?

The MFA normally has a ton of colonial-era portraits in their American Wing. Unfortunately, the MFA is currently building a new, larger wing, so most of the portraits are in storage until 2011 or something. Some of the usual suspects are still out on display, though, such as Copley's portrait of Paul Revere. I suppose it depends what kind of sculpture you're looking for, but the MFA does have various kinds scattered throughout its halls and on the grounds outside.

not an art museum- but sometime you should check out the glass blown flowers and plants at the museum in Harvard.

It's an awesome bunch of glass work - pictures don't do the items justice as they're so true to life. I love the intricacy of the glass work.

There's also an attached small natural history museum, and last time I checked admission to that was free on Sunday mornings.
