Ok, so the venerable DOOM recently turned 10. Fond memories of longing for the day I could trade in my 286 for something that could handle that powerhouse and of spending the mean-time searching every computer store I ever came across for the ubiquitous demo machine where I could play through the shareware episode for the 100th time.
Anyway, I recently came across a link to a little piece of DOOM history that I had completely missed along the way and, oh dear we need a new word to describe it, something that combines equal parts'terrible' and 'fantastic'. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you the terastic DOOM COMIC
Oooh yes. "My cause is just, my will is strong and my gun is very, very large". Ah, childhood. =:)
