Would anyone in the Boston area happen to have an FM adapter (that uses a standard 1/8" headphone jack, as opposed to the proprietary iPod connector) that I could borrow for the weekend?

It definitely works - I use it in my car every day. It's in two separate pieces that are only connected by wires, but it works! :)
