I played in this game last weekend in New York and it was... unique. Kind of a cross between a super hero adventure and mock congress. =;)
If you're interested, instead of using the form in the pdf, you can use the following url to fill out the app, which asks about your roleplaying preferences so that you're most likely to be given a character you'll enjoy:
