preraphaelite is moving from the third floor of her three-unit building to the first, leaving her lovely old place up for the taking. The people 'raph is replacing in the first-floor unit are good friends of hers, and we'd love to maintain the friendly inter-unit vibe by getting people with whom we're likely to get along into the third floor unit. So, if you are or know any nice folks who would like to live around the corner (literally) from Porter Square, let one of us know. This would be starting 11/1/11.Here's the unit description from her post on the subject:
This is a really great, spacious, and sunny place that I will miss tremendously... and any new tenants will have the extra added benefit of being my neighbors! We are especially looking for awesome people to hang out downstairs with us occassionally and play video games or watch TV (:
Many of you have seen how nice and friendly the place is at parties of mine, but here's the official specs.
The apartment is a 3BR which I've always used as a 2BR with TV room. 1 bath. Third floor, eat in kitchen, gas stove, hardwood floors, laundry in the basement, basement storage available, deck. Right next to the T in Porter Sq. Rent is $1600/m - heat and hot water included. Lease is month to month.
The apartment opens up on November 1, but you could probably negotiate a move in a couple months later on account of this not being the busiest season for moving.
