To me this sounds like a smart political move. Hopefully Edward's happy, lovable, Golden Retriever demeanor will help people warm up to a candidate who, despite some sound ideas, unfortunately looks like a Basset Hound.
This week's political-candidates-described-in-terms-of-dog-breeds brought to you by jet lag, too little sleep and the letter 'Q'.
