Has anyone ever heard of this show before? It's a series starring Tony "Buster from Arrested Development" Hale, consisting of 5-minute episodes about a guy with a magic keyboard. I've watched the first two so far and I think it could have potential, plus I like the bite-sized episodes. It's on Hulu.

They were available in podcast format a while back. I really liked the idea.

Interesting. The idea is a lot like one I've had.

There should be a Ctrl W reference, where it's this just throwaway, "gosh, it's suddenly stuffy in here." :P

*headdesk*

This is a dangerous game you play, though. In most Linux apps that closes the window. :P

Wait. What does it do otherwise? I've never come across anything besides "it closes a window" or "it does nothing."

And man, how much does it drive me crazy to have inconsistently implemented keyboard shortcuts? Almost everything we use at work is Microsoft (may the gods help us), and across Office, ctrl F is almost always find... except when it's not and I should be using F4. And then I scream :P

Microsoft: making even efficiencies inefficient.

Oooh, I'd mis-interpreted what you'd said as implying that you expected it to open a window. My bad.:)
