usernamenumberSo speaking of Swashbuckle, one of the bands I squeed about recently, they are going to be playing at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival in Worcester, which runs April 23rd and 24th.
...in other news, there is a giant metal and hardcore festival in Worcester. O.O
Swashbuckle plays on the 24th, tix for which are $46, but cover 30 bands starting at noon and lasting well into the night (I'd likely be leaving early for a friend's birthday bash, though).
Color me tempted. I'm going to wait until closer to the date to see if I'm in the mood, but is anyone else considering? Note that from what I've seen these are not Dragonforce-style power metal bands, but rather heavier and less pretty death bands (Cannibal Corpse is headlining). If I go I plan to dance like a hippie in the pit regardless, as is my custom.
